3. No Professional Relationship

Use of the Site does not create a therapist-patient, coach-client, or any other professional relationship. The guided reflection is a self-directed exercise and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified mental health professional.

The reflection tool processes your inputs locally in your browser. Any labels, suggestions, or prompts generated are based on general frameworks and are not tailored to your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for interpreting and verifying any insights you derive from using the tool.
